What is a Mobile Command Center?

An MCC is recognized as a central location for a business’ tools, equipment, technology, and staff. It is typically located in a commercial vehicle such as a van, bus, truck or trailer. These vehicles enable companies or agencies to take their businesse operations on the road and set up in remote locations. Mobile command centers also allow business owners to deliver their products and/or services directly to their customers’ locations.

Mobile Office and Communications Hub

For this build, our client needed a spacious work environment with space for staff and equipment. This meant that the van needed to house a meeting room, offices, and amenities for staff. To complete the corporate feel of a professional workspace environment, HQ Custom Design added office chairs, full workstations with USB/AC outlets, and a rear TV display.

Reliable and Deployable Workhorse

On some days, the client needed the van to be deployed out in the field all day. To keep the van sustainable as power source in remote areas, HQ included an auxiliary tank, generators, and lithium power as a hybrid system. In addition, overhead cabinets help free up floor space and keep unused work materials out of sight. Document folders, sensitive files, and other electronics are protected with locks and kept secure while the while the van is in motion.
