Mobile Barbershop Van Requirements

The client’s business primarily focuses on fulfilling house call services. They bring the mobile barbershop to their customers so that they can be pampered just like they would when visiting a physical retail shop. The interior includes white custom upholstery with a soundproofed front partition wall, motorized sliding door, and wood-like flooring.  A full plumbing system was a requirement to enable the running of cold/hot water through a faucet and washing hair tools. Also, custom made wood laminated countertops and cabinetry were installed with plenty of storage compartments and wall mounts for accessories.

On-Board Equipment Fit for any Modern Barber & Hair Stylist

We created a waiting area that comes complete with a refrigerator and beverage center and spacious cup holders. A 32″ TV display with an audiophile surround sound system creates a relaxed ambiance and keeps customers entertained. With streaming device compatibility and WiFi connectivity, both the customer and barber can watch any content they want or listen to music. The van’s LED lighting system and window shades help keep the work area brightly lit and make the barber’s job easier. Of course, a barber chair was included that includes leg extensions, back recline, adjustable headrest, and swivels. Onboard electrical components consist of lithium batteries with a custom battery tray, 3000W power inverter, diesel heater, and shore power. These enable the van to be fully efficient and electrically independent for the entire workday.
