Over the years, HQ Custom Design has developed an extensive portfolio of Mercedes-Benz Metris custom conversions for both private and business uses. For our latest entry, our client envisioned a Mercedes-Benz Metris conversion that exudes luxuriousness with an awe-inspiring interior and charming aesthetics. What resulted is a unique travel environment loaded with smart features for accomplishing both work and play.
Why Was the Mercedes-Benz Metris the Ideal Choice?
The Mercedes-Benz Metris is known for its compact structure that makes it perfect for this type of conversion project. The Metris is built to be the smaller alternative version of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. For this build, a prop top was added onto the Metris chassis to raise the ceiling height and create a more spacious cabin for passengers.
Plenty of Character and Class
The Executive Custom Mercedes-Benz Metris boasts a full light beige leather interior with matching curtains and diamond patterns on both the ceiling and captain chairs. Brown suede ascents, wood trims valances, and wood-like flooring add both character and contrast. For seating, 2 custom upholstered European leather captain chairs are included, which feature LED reading lights, leg extensions, power recline, and much more. Adjacent to each chair are buttons for operating seating positions and features, along with foldable tables extending out from the middle console. Additional jump seats are hidden within the front partition console that retract out to full chairs to fit a total of 3-4 passengers.
Loaded with Smart and Innovative Features
Passengers can ride in superb comfort and style with a full entertainment center embedded within the cabin. The front partition features a 45-inch TV display with a surround sound system composed of front, side, and rear speakers plus a subwoofer for listening to music either from Bluetooth or radio. A streaming device is included for watching movies and TV shows, or mirroring displays from a laptop or mobile device. Touch-button controls are located at next to the captain chairs for controlling electronics, lighting, and climate.
